During the initial face to face meeting with the Employee, the Relocation Consultant will discuss options for disposition of their current home. The emphasis will be placed on Employee (and family) involvement. The Employee and the Consultant will work on a general marketing plan that will include specific budget and timing goals. The key issue for Corporate Client Employees is the disposition of their homes. If they can achieve a financially satisfying sale, this enables the expeditious purchase of a new home at their destination.
The Firstline counselor’s objective is to minimize expense and stress for both Corporate Client and the Employee. For the Employee, their concerns are many. Can they sell their present house? When? How much will they get? Can they find an acceptable house? What will it cost to buy a new home? Firstline counseling establishes a 90-day home sale target from the listing date with the transferee. The video conference medium allows constant face- to-face reassurance with the transferee to achieve this 90 day home sale target.

Our experience shows that an Employee who fully implements our unique Advanced Marketing Assistance Program will lower overall relocation costs by encouraging Employees to sell on their own. The end result of this program is a much more satisfied Employee, and it helps eliminate expenses involved in taking a home into inventory. By utilizing the Advanced Marketing Assistance Program homeowners learn how to prepare their homes for presentation to the market. The objective is to achieve the best first impression, but at a minimum of expense. |

We recommend specific Realtors who are experts in your Employee’s neighborhood, and who are the best qualified to represent the Employee’s interests. The Employee may also recommend a specific Realtor or brokerage firm for approval by Firstline. No relatives should be considered. |
